- Reservations are tentative and therefore may be cancelled by Woodbridge Bowl at any time until a signed contract and deposit are received by Woodbridge Bowl. A facsimile signature is sufficient for purposes of a signed contract.
- are due at the time the reservation is made. Deposits are non-refundable in accordance to the following: Deposits are non-refundable if the event is cancelled within ten (10) days of the function.
- Cancellations made prior to the ten (10) days will be given a credit note for the value of the deposit. The credit note has no cash value and must be used within one (1) year of the original booking towards another event at Woodbridge Bowl.
- A deposit
is required ( min. $80.00 ) which MUST be given at the time of the booking.
